Job Duties
- Receive all inbound calls for the dealership
- Maintain a friendly manner while answering the phones
- Transfer all calls to the correct extensions and individuals requested
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Log all incoming packages and notify recipients promptly
- Contact General Manager or designee about postal mail arrival
- Provide general sales inquiries to appropriate department or individual
- Log and track all sales-related calls as per dealership standards
- Assist in administrative work as approved by management
