Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors
- Manage external and internal calls, take and communicate messages
- Provide community information to support marketing and sales efforts
- Assist with resident services including transportation, mail, and deliveries
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain security
- Operate telephone console, computer, fax, and copy machines
- Perform general clerical and light administrative duties
