These communities are designed to provide exceptional care and an enriching lifestyle for senior residents, combining high-quality amenities with compassionate, attentive service. Belmont Village is known not only for its premier properties but also for fostering a workplace culture that values servant leadership, teamwork, integrity, and learning. The organization prides itself on a dynamic and fast-paced environment that embraces hands-on roles, physical activity, and a client-focused approach. At Belmont Village, employees are encouraged to align with core values such as trust, respect, dignity, ownership, and continuous personal and professional development. With strategic growth plans, Belmont Village offers robust opportunities for internal advancement, career growth, and specialization within the field of senior care and hospitality.
The role of Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living is a vital position that serves as the first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests visiting the community. This full-time position operates during evening hours from 3:00pm to 11:30pm on Wednesday through Saturday, requiring a warm, attentive, and highly organized individual to maintain excellent customer service amid a busy and sometimes physically demanding environment. A Concierge at Belmont Village is responsible for greeting visitors with a welcoming demeanor, handling incoming multi-line phone calls with professionalism, and providing accurate and timely information with empathy and confidentiality. The role also encompasses various administrative duties, such as coordinating the distribution of packages, managing transportation schedules, assisting with event setup, and maintaining an orderly workspace that positively represents the community.
Candidates best suited to this role demonstrate a resilient commitment to reliability, empathy, and teamwork. They possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and have proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for job-related tasks. Critical thinking and problem-solving are essential, as is the ability to maintain professionalism and a pleasant attitude while collaborating across departments to foster effective communication and enhance community safety. The Concierge must be particularly diligent in monitoring community access through kiosk sign-in processes and responding appropriately to emergencies in line with established procedures.
Belmont Village values consistent attendance and dependable team members who contribute positively to the thriving environment for seniors to age with dignity and joy. The position offers an excellent pathway for those interested in senior living careers, emphasizing growth, education, and personal fulfillment. Walk-in interviews take place every Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm with no appointment necessary, making it accessible for motivated individuals to step forward and join the Belmont Village team.
