Job Description

Oakmont Management Group, headquartered in Irvine, California, is a distinguished leader in the senior living industry, managing a robust portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands. Serving thousands of seniors across California, Nevada, and Hawaii, Oakmont Management Group is dedicated to providing exceptional living environments that prioritize family, community, and meaningful relationships. The organization deeply values the connection between team members, residents, and their families, ensuring these relationships form the cornerstone of a fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle. With a focus on compassion and excellence, Oakmont Management Group fosters a culture enriched with joy and laughter, combined with a strong commitment to superior service and quality care.

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, one of Oakmont Management Group's premier senior living communities, exemplifies these values through its beautifully landscaped campus and five-star services and amenities. Residents at Ivy Park enjoy a lifestyle that supports independence while receiving comprehensive, individualized care. The community encourages active living and meaningful social engagement, all within a secure and nurturing environment. The company also offers significant career growth opportunities, relocation, and travel for team members through their widespread presence across several states.

We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join the Ivy Park at Santa Rosa community. This position involves working four-hour shifts with pay ranging from $18.25 to $19.25 per hour, depending on experience. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service in alignment with the organization's mission and values. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing multi-line telephone calls, fulfilling resident requests, scheduling tours, and offering clerical support to administrative staff. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond promptly to calls through the Emergency Alert System.

This position suits individuals passionate about hospitality and senior care, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a preference for those with hospitality or senior living experience. Candidates should be tech-savvy, proficient with MS Office programs, and possess excellent communication skills. The role also requires passing criminal background checks and health screenings, including physical and TB tests, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.

Oakmont Management Group emphasizes a safe and supportive workplace environment by adopting health and safety measures such as vaccination, daily screenings, surveillance testing, and the use of personal protective equipment as necessary. Our team members are celebrated for their authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience — values that we live by every day.

Join us at our Hiring Event/Job Fair on July 14th from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, located at 4225 Wayvern Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409.
