Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- able to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to operate POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pack food and beverage orders in appropriate containers ensuring completeness and safe transport
- deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and handle transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- adhere to all food safety regulations
