This role is for a Host/Hostess position within the hotel’s restaurant division. The host or hostess is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant and plays a critical role in shaping their initial impression of the brand. As a key ambassador of the Starwood Hotels experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and setting the tone for an unforgettable dining occasion. This position requires a person who values superior service and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and excited about their experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous similar work experience in hospitality or food service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
