The role of Host/Hostess at Orange Hill Restaurant is integral to maintaining the restaurant’s renowned reputation. The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, managing seating charts efficiently, escorting guests to their tables, and ensuring the guest experience is comfortable and enjoyable throughout their visit. They must also answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage guest inquiries skilfully. Moreover, Hosts/Hostesses coordinate closely with servers, bussers, and management to facilitate smooth operational flow and enhance service quality.
