The Host/Hostess role at Vi Palo Alto is a key position within the dining services team, focused on providing outstanding guest experiences. This part-time role requires an engaging personality and the ability to uphold high standards of service by managing reservations, greeting residents and guests warmly, and ensuring an efficient seating process. The Host/Hostess acts as the first point of contact in the dining room, setting the tone for the guests’ dining experience with promptness, courtesy, and friendliness.

The job involves working collaboratively with other team members, using a Point of Sale (POS) system to handle reservations accurately, and juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.
