Job Duties

- Monitor dining area flow to ensure even distribution of work for servers
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries politely
- Understand and communicate daily specials or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, including the hostess stand
- Assist with side work as needed (e.g., resetting tables, restocking menus)
