Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring for the role of Host or Hostess. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. The host is a critical member of the front-of-house team and is responsible for greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, managing the flow of the restaurant, and ensuring guests receive timely and courteous service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The host also plays a key role in maintaining a safe and clean environment by performing sanitation duties at the entrance, host desk, and lobby areas.

This role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, the ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced setting, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. While previous experience is not required as training will be provided, the ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, good etiquette, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Hosts or hostesses help manage reservations, seat guests, provide accurate wait times when necessary, and assist with takeout and curbside processes. They also support the team by conducting side work such as setting and clearing tables following specific standards outlined by P.F. Chang's.
