In the Stocker capacity, employees are responsible for restocking shelves with fresh, high-quality products, organizing merchandise according to planograms to create visually compelling displays, and ensuring that the store environment is clean and safe. This role requires familiarity with safety procedures and proficiency in operating store machinery such as hand jacks, balers, and floor scrubbers. Physical capability is essential, as tasks involve lifting products weighing up to 45 pounds and performing various movements including bending, reaching, and walking throughout the store.
