The Head Cashier position involves supervising and supporting a team of Cashiers to ensure fast, friendly, accurate, and safe checkout experiences for our customers. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your leadership and interpersonal skills will be valued. The Head Cashier will help position Cashiers effectively during shifts, expedite price checks, and approve sales transactions including markdowns across various service points such as mainline registers, self-checkout, returns, Pro Desk, special services, and tool rental. As the first level for escalated customer issues, the Head Cashier must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

This position requires proactive involvement in the training and coaching of front-end associates, aiming to develop their skills and enhance their product knowledge. The Head Cashier will use available tools and resources to train new Cashiers and support ongoing professional development. Compliance with company policies and procedures to minimize shrink and ensure operational integrity is a crucial part of the role. We prefer candidates with at least one year of prior cashier experience who exhibit strong leadership potential and a commitment to upholding our high service standards.
