Job Duties

Ensure proper controls are in place and utilized daily to maximize valet revenue
interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values
evaluate staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly adhering to budget goals and ensuring sufficient staffing to meet daily business demands
maintain security of and accurate records for all guest room keys issued to bell and door staff
accommodate guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
coordinate group luggage requirements
monitor and maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and supplies
