- willing to conform to hotel dress and grooming standards including uniform, no visible tattoos, natural hair colors, limited piercings, and neat facial hair grooming
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent hospitality work experience
- valid driver’s license
- personal auto insurance
- spotless driving record
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work full-time overnight schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to provide accurate local directions
- demonstrated patience and professionalism in guest interactions
Job Duties
- assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles
- help with luggage and transportation overnight
- greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- prepare guest rooms for immediate occupancy by turning on lights and opening drapes
- provide information about hotel services including internet access and room service policies
- operate vehicles responsibly and comply with traffic laws
- direct hotel traffic and assist guests with taxis and luggage storage
