Established in 1909, ABM has grown to serve over 20,000 clients worldwide with annualized revenues nearing $8 billion. The company operates from more than 350 offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations. ABM’s comprehensive services span janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical services, landscape and turf management, and mission-critical solutions. The diverse client base of ABM includes commercial office buildings, airports, universities, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, entertainment venues, and many more.

ABM is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. The position requires delivering professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services, emphasizing a positive customer experience that aligns with ABM’s service excellence standards. Valets at ABM are responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of vehicle traffic flow, communicating valet procedures clearly to guests, handling guest vehicles with care by parking and retrieving them safely, and assisting guests with loading and unloading as needed.

This role demands attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Valets must keep their work area clean and free from debris while maintaining the safety and security of guest vehicles by monitoring illegal parking and handling vehicle keys responsibly. Responsibilities extend to managing financial transactions related to valet services, such as collecting payments, accurately tallying tip pools, and reconciling daily revenue. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be proficient in operating both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

ABM’s Valet position stands out as a suitable fit for individuals seeking an entry-level or re-entry role, with robust support and training available. Veterans and those with military occupational specialty codes related to transport and security are particularly encouraged to apply, highlighting ABM’s status as a military-friendly employer. Working as a Valet at ABM not only offers competitive pay but also provides the chance to join a large, reputable organization committed to growth, inclusion, and community impact.
