We are currently seeking a courteous and reliable Valet to join our team on-site in Cerritos, CA. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our commercial vehicle operations. The Valet will be responsible for the safe transport of commercial vehicles within our dealership premises as well as between external locations if required. This includes large trucks, vans, and other vehicles, demanding a high level of driving skill and professionalism. The role requires interacting directly with commercial clients, facilitating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups while providing exceptional customer service. Attention to detail is critical, as the Valet will conduct visual inspections of vehicles to note any damage or discrepancies during transactions. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot and vehicle staging areas, ensuring an orderly and presentable environment. The position supports broader team efforts through tasks related to basic documentation of vehicle transfers and service records, contributing to the accuracy and accountability of our fleet operations. This role demands independence, punctuality, and a professional appearance, underscoring its importance within our team and client interactions. Physical endurance is also necessary, with the ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs in varying outdoor conditions. Job Duties

  • Safely drive and transport commercial vehicles within dealership premises and to/from external locations as needed
  • Greet commercial clients and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival and departure, noting any damage or discrepancies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and vehicle staging areas
  • Operate a variety of vehicles including large trucks and vans with professionalism and care
  • Support the department with other duties as assigned
