Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent hospitality experience
- Valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance and a spotless driving record
- Broad knowledge of local restaurants, nightlife, museums, and attractions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain impeccable dress and a cheerful disposition
- Strong organizational skills to manage vehicle keys and parking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles
- Help guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Prepare guest rooms for immediate occupancy by turning on lights, opening drapes, and explaining room features
- Provide guests with accurate local information and directions
- Operate vehicles responsibly by obeying all traffic laws
- Direct hotel traffic and assist guests with entering and leaving parking facilities
- Answer guest questions and accommodate special requests with a positive and professional attitude
