ABM is a military and veteran-friendly employer that strongly encourages candidates with military experience to apply, offering a world-class training program and the opportunity to translate military skills into rewarding civilian careers. ABM values diversity and inclusion and is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities to support their success.
The Valet position at ABM offers a vital frontline role where the individual provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services in various facility settings. This role is crucial in managing the guest parking experience, ensuring the safe and timely parking and retrieval of vehicles while maintaining smooth traffic flow and excellent customer interaction. Valets are expected to monitor and manage parking areas actively to prevent illegal parking and react swiftly to address traffic peaks, coordinating additional support as necessary for high volume periods. Responsibilities also include accurate reconciliation of daily revenue, managing tip pool distributions, and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. ABM’s comprehensive benefits package is available to valets, underscoring the company’s commitment to its frontline team members. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious organization that champions career growth, diversity, military support, and environmental responsibility, making ABM a top choice for individuals seeking meaningful employment with stability and professional development potential.
