The Valet position at ABM offers a vital frontline role where the individual provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services in various facility settings. This role is crucial in managing the guest parking experience, ensuring the safe and timely parking and retrieval of vehicles while maintaining smooth traffic flow and excellent customer interaction. Valets serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, requiring them to effectively communicate parking procedures, assist guests with loading and unloading, and ensure the security of guests’ vehicles and keys. The position demands strong attention to detail, the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly, and the capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods. Successful candidates must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles competently and adhere strictly to all traffic laws and facility policies for safety.

This position pays $20.00 per hour, with the specific offer varying depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, location, and market factors. Valets are expected to monitor and manage parking areas actively to prevent illegal parking and react swiftly to address traffic peaks, coordinating additional support as necessary for high volume periods. Responsibilities also include accurate reconciliation of daily revenue, managing tip pool distributions, and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
