The role of Lead Valet Attendant at ABM involves overseeing daily valet operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a dependable and professional individual who can lead by example and support both valet staff and guests effectively. The Lead Valet Attendant will take charge of coordinating vehicle flow, providing valet coverage, and ensuring that all valet procedures and service standards are followed meticulously. This role demands strong communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and management. Flexibility with work hours is essential to accommodate additional coverage needs during peak times. The pay rate for this position ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and market alignment. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
