The role available is that of a dining room server, a position that demands a professional, courteous, and efficient individual to serve members and guests in the dining room. This is a full-time position focused on delivering top-quality service that meets the club's rigorous standards. The dining room server is responsible for a wide range of duties, including seating guests, taking orders, advising on menu and beverage choices, serving food and drinks with attention to detail, and conducting proper billing procedures. The position requires maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the dress code, and demonstrating good posture and a positive attitude. Additionally, the server must be knowledgeable about all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and offer expert recommendations, including wine pairings. The role also involves working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff, handling guest complaints professionally, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the dining room. A server must be adaptable, able to work with urgency without disturbing the dining environment, and skilled in using the POS system for accurate order and billing management. Job Duties

  • serve all members and guests in assigned sections of the dining room
  • provide fast and efficient service of meals and beverages in a courteous manner

  • provide immediate attention to guests upon seating
  • advise guests on menu and drinks including food and wine pairings
  • take and place customer orders with kitchen or bar

  • verify accuracy of billing before presenting check
