We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Hosts to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The Host position is integral to setting the tone for a memorable dining experience by warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and maintaining the flow of the restaurant during busy periods. Hosts at The Bloom Lounge engage guests with friendly conversation, introduce servers, and manage the waitlist with accuracy and professionalism to set clear guest expectations. Additionally, Hosts are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitization at various guest touchpoints, helping to uphold the high standards of hygiene and safety that guests expect.

This position offers flexible scheduling options including morning, day, evening, 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts, allowing team members to find a work schedule that best suits their lifestyle. The hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00, reflecting the value placed on excellent customer service, teamwork, and hospitality skills. As a Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a lasting first impression and ensuring guests feel valued throughout their visit.
