We are currently seeking an Experienced Restaurant Server to join our vibrant team in Houston, TX. This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $800 to $1100, reflecting the value we place on seasoned professionals ready to deliver top-tier service. The server role is pivotal in ensuring a superior dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include warmly greeting and welcoming customers, expertly taking orders, and engaging in attentive conversations to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate finesse in delivering dishes promptly from the kitchen to tables and will maintain organized, well-prepared service areas. Our servers enjoy schedule flexibility with shifts available Sunday through Wednesday from 11 am to 12 am, and Thursday through Saturday from 11 am to 2 am, accommodating various lifestyles and commitments.

In addition to competitive pay, our servers receive a generous benefits package. Employees who work 30 or more hours per week have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. For those earning under $60,000 annually, full medical coverage is available for just $15 a month, with the company covering 50% of all benefit premiums. Perks include complimentary drinks during shifts, 50% off meals while working, complimentary meals on double shifts, and a 15% discount on days off. Our ideal server will have at least four years of experience in an upscale restaurant, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid food handler's certification.
