Job Requirements
- Previous experience as line cook and or preparation cook is desirable
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- Attention to detail and excellent organization
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients with precision including washing peeling cutting and portioning fruits vegetables meats and other supplies
- Cook plate and add final touches to dishes during service ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Prepare sauces marinades and other components following instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Keep the workstation organized and stocked for smooth service
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with the team on the line and preparation areas assisting as needed based on service demand
- Receive and store products ensuring proper inventory rotation
- Support general tasks such as washing dishes and cleaning surfaces
- Communicate effectively with all kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure smooth operations
