Kitchen Team Member — Evenings

Quvo Tacos & Craft Beer, a Fort Lauderdale taco and craft beer spot approaching our 10-year anniversary in January 2027, is looking for a reliable kitchen team member to join our evening back-of-house team.

What you'll do:
This is a hands-on, all-around kitchen role — not limited to one task. Depending on the night, you'll be expected to help with:

• Prepping ingredients for tacos and other menu items (chopping, portioning, marinating, etc.)
• Supporting line cooks during dinner service
• Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean and sanitized throughout the shift
• Stocking and receiving deliveries
• Expo and plating support
• Trash, closing duties, and general kitchen upkeep

Whatever the kitchen needs on a given night is part of the job — we're a small team and everyone pitches in across all stations.

What we're looking for:

• Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required if you're a fast learner
• Willingness to help with any kitchen task, not just one specialty
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dinner service environment
• Reliable, on time, and able to commit to the posted schedule
• Comfortable working evenings
