This role is for a reliable and experienced Cabin Cleaner, a crucial position within the aviation services division. The cabin cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft interiors between flights to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. This includes tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing seats, tray tables, overhead compartments, and lavatories, as well as vacuuming carpets and wiping down other hard surfaces. Additionally, the cabin cleaner removes trash and debris, restocks necessary supplies like paper products and soap, and follows strict airline and TSA safety and security protocols. This role often involves working overnight shifts from 9 pm to 5:30 am, with mandatory overtime extending to 6:30 or 7:30 am, including weekends. The position pays $15.75 per hour and is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited prior experience or education. Job Duties
- clean and sanitize aircraft cabins including seats tray tables overhead bins and lavatories
- vacuum carpets and wipe down hard surfaces
- remove trash and debris from seat pockets and floors
- restock supplies such as paper products soap and seat pocket items
- follow all airline and TSA safety security procedures
- report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
- work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights
