Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in hospitality management event planning marketing or related field
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good eye for design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with event management software like Cvent is a bonus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a remote team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite familiarity with event management software like Cvent is a plus
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently and remotely
- Genuine passion for events and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating logistics for meetings and events including selecting venues managing vendors and facilitating attendee registrations
- Help create and distribute event materials such as invitations agendas and promotional materials
- Support the production of virtual events including technology setup troubleshooting and managing live streams
- Conduct research on potential venues suppliers and entertainment options providing informed recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication throughout planning phases
- Provide on-site assistance during events including setup attendee registration and logistical support
- Assist in post-event follow-up including gathering feedback compiling metrics and drafting reports
