Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • adherence to food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
  • manage guest orders efficiently with a friendly demeanor
  • familiarize yourself with the menu and all food products
  • stock and maintain designated food stations effectively
  • visually inspect all food before it is sent from the kitchen
  • follow correct food handling and storage procedures as mandated by regulations
  • prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as necessary
