- Proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
- completion of HOH training program
- compliance with local and state food and alcohol service regulations
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds
- adherence to strict uniform and grooming standards
- willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
