The role currently available is for a Full-Time and Part-Time Back of House Team Member. Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to Birdcall standards
  • rotate through different kitchen stations including hotside, coldside, fry cook, kitchen prep, and dessert station
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • assist in breading and line cooking duties
  • expo and expedite orders efficiently
  • adhere to food safety and quality guidelines
  • support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
