Job Requirements
- Meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's certification
- Obtain certification by first day or within required timeline
- Able to stand for several hours
- Able to bend stretch twist and reach for objects at various heights
- Able to lift push pull or carry up to 40 pounds
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules
- Ability to serve guests with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring taco ingredients are grilled to perfection
- Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming while maintaining the right texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
- Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Monitor quality and presentation of dishes ensuring standards are met
- Maintain clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing ingredients
- Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
