Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring taco ingredients are grilled to perfection
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create flavorful and perfectly cooked dishes
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming while maintaining the right texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order meeting high standards and guest expectations
  • Prepare and cook ingredients according to recipes and standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of dishes ensuring standards are met
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management by stocking and organizing ingredients
  • Operate with a sense of urgency during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
