Job Description

Associa is a leading community management company dedicated to enhancing the living experience of residents through exceptional service and community care. With a commitment to excellence and integrity, Associa partners with homeowners associations, condominium associations, and cooperatives to deliver comprehensive management services. Known for its innovative solutions and community-focused approach, Associa has earned recognition as a Great Place to Work for eight consecutive years and has several locations honored as Best and Brightest. This reputation highlights the company’s dedication not only to its clients but also to its employees' wellbeing and professional growth.

The Housekeeper role at Associa focuses on maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the community’s common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, and restrooms. This position is essential in creating and sustaining a consistently elevated, hotel-like atmosphere that enhances the overall resident and guest experience. Housekeepers will be responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep, trash removal, light detailing tasks like glass cleaning and dusting, and monitoring high-traffic areas to ensure orderly presentation throughout the day. Additionally, the role includes supporting event setup and cleanup in amenity spaces and coordinating with management to maintain supply inventories and report any maintenance concerns observed during routine cleaning.

This position offers an $18.00 hourly rate and is ideal for individuals committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Associa values strong communication skills, time management, and a proactive approach to community care. The Housekeeper position is designed to accommodate a blend of indoor and outdoor activities with a focus on frequent standing, walking, and interacting with residents and guests. The company provides a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and wellness and professional development support, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking a stable and rewarding career in community management support.
