The airline supports its cabin crew with extensive benefits including free furnished accommodation, utilities paid by Emirates, and company transport between accommodation and airport or training facilities during duty times. Staff enjoy 30 calendar days of leave annually, with the chance to travel on Emirates flights at concessional rates. Furthermore, all cabin crew receive one free annual leave ticket to their home country or any Emirates destination after the first year of service. Emirates also provides comprehensive insurance coverage including life, personal accident, medical, and dental insurance. At the end of the contract, crew members receive non-contributory end of service benefits.

Emirates Cabin Crew members need to be at least 21 years old, meet height requirements, have fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. Prior hospitality or customer service experience for at least one year is required, along with a minimum of a high school education (Grade 12). The role requires a natural team player with an engaging personality who can maintain professionalism, including no visible tattoos while in uniform. Employment visa eligibility under the UAE rules is mandatory.
