Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- High degree of professionalism
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in English and Spanish
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of documented professional experience in event planning, business administration, sales or public relations
- Proficient administrative skills including phone/email communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and inventory management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to speak English and Spanish proficiently
- Experience working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn event software such as Tripleseat, Kenect, or AllSeated
Job Duties
- Serve as liaison with event coordinators and clients during onsite meetings and events
- Schedule and verify appointments for venue tours and bookings
- Provide organizational and operational support to the events team
- Assist in managing client interaction, record-keeping, and vendor coordination
- Work evenings and weekends according to event schedules
- Use CRM database for scheduling and tracking event details
- Collect and document event data and provide feedback to event managers
