Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient in English and Spanish

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of documented professional experience in event planning, business administration, sales or public relations
  • Proficient administrative skills including phone/email communication, record-keeping, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish proficiently
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn event software such as Tripleseat, Kenect, or AllSeated

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison with event coordinators and clients during onsite meetings and events
  • Schedule and verify appointments for venue tours and bookings
  • Provide organizational and operational support to the events team
  • Assist in managing client interaction, record-keeping, and vendor coordination
  • Work evenings and weekends according to event schedules
  • Use CRM database for scheduling and tracking event details
  • Collect and document event data and provide feedback to event managers
