The role also involves warehouse duties such as inventory management, cataloging, and proper storage of all event equipment and company property, including custom projects and various technical equipment.

Attention to cleanliness and maintenance is essential, with duties covering cleaning, mopping, and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment. The role further encompasses preparing customer orders and processing returns, which requires organizational skills and a proactive attitude. This position demands a 'work first' mentality, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the business to ensure event success and company growth. Candidates should be prepared for long working hours typical in the events industry, often extending to 10-12+ hour days, and heavy lifting is part of the daily routine.

Basic technical know-how related to computer operations, software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance is valuable.
