Job Requirements

- Previous experience in event planning or related field
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality
- Proficient with basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Create and market a broad range of events and programs catering to physical, emotional, intellectual, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Lead and implement social events, outings, and activities tailored for independent living residents
- Develop yearly and monthly social event calendars in collaboration with marketing
- Collect and use resident feedback and interest questionnaires to design programs
- Maintain attendance records and track resident satisfaction at all events
- Coordinate with staff and marketing to integrate social and marketing events
- Foster a safe, respectful environment adhering to HIPAA and community mission standards
