Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
- minimum 3+ years of experience in event production, hospitality, or related field
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work outside standard business hours including early mornings, late evenings, occasional weekends, and long days up to 12-16 hours
- ability to manage large groups effectively
- servant leadership approach
- strong problem-solving skills
- familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Smartsheet
- experience with audiovisual technology
- adaptable and able to work in high-pressure situations

- strong interpersonal and networking skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage the full lifecycle of conferences and events from pre-event planning to onsite execution
- coordinate with vendors, facilitators, participants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- schedule and organize event logistics including transportation, accommodations, catering, and audiovisual needs
- oversee budget management, invoice processing, and contract administration
- utilize planning tools such as Smartsheet to track progress and participant details
- anticipate and resolve potential risks related to event execution
- lead event activities to create engaging and collaborative atmosphere
