Based in New York City, the firm owns, develops, and operates premier properties across urban centers from Philadelphia to Boston. These properties span a comprehensive range of residential asset types including market-rate housing, regulated housing, workforce housing, and affordable housing. This diversity enables Rose Associates to cater to a wide spectrum of housing needs and contribute significantly to dynamic urban living environments. The company's extensive portfolio includes more than 30,000 residential units across approximately 250 properties. This scale is managed with a commitment to excellence and innovation, backed by their integration of cutting-edge technology and the expertise of a professional and dedicated team. Over time, Rose Associates has developed a robust platform covering all facets of real estate services such as development, construction, property management, asset management, leasing, marketing, and accounting/financial operations. Their partnerships with both private owners and institutional investors worldwide allow them to operate some of the most iconic and sought-after residential assets in their markets. Notably, Rose Associates has earned the distinction of being the top-rated manager for resident satisfaction in the United States for three consecutive years on the Kingsley Surveys platform, a peer group evaluation of firms managing 10,000 to 30,000 units. This accomplishment exemplifies the company's dedication to delivering high-quality living experiences and exceptional customer service to its residents.
