Job Description
Catholic Health (CH) is a comprehensive healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional health services throughout Western New York. It encompasses a wide range of ministries, including hospitals, physician practices, and ancillary healthcare services that collaborate to provide patient-centered care founded on Catholic values and ethics. Employees of Catholic Health enjoy a supportive workplace environment focused on professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement. The organization is dedicated to fostering the spiritual and physical well-being of its patients and communities by integrating compassionate care with cutting-edge medical practices. With a broad network that includes the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise and various medical practices such as Trinity Medical, Catholic Health consistently aims to strengthen its service delivery through effective management and innovative approaches to healthcare property and facility oversight.
The role of Administrator, Corporate & Physician Enterprise Property Management, is a full-time, exempt position based within the Administrative Regional Training Center, with the primary shift from 8 AM to 4 PM. This pivotal position holds responsibility for managing and coordinating property management services across all Catholic Health ministries, including those within the Catholic Health Physician Enterprise and specific physician practices like Trinity Medical. The administrator ensures the delivery of exceptional service that supports property management initiatives and maintains compliance with relevant laws and directives, including New York State real property law, Department of Health regulations, and Catholic ethical guidelines. The role demands daily interactions with real estate and project stakeholders and necessitates an understanding of diverse property management requests and contracts, particularly physician lease agreements and service agreements. Acting as a key liaison and facilitator, this position supports various practice locations across Western New York by coordinating third-party property management service requests, overseeing property-related transactions, and ensuring that projects are completed accurately and within timeframe constraints.
The administrator plays a critical part in standardizing property management services and responding proactively to tenant needs while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the ethical standards unique to a Catholic healthcare system. The role also involves leadership responsibilities such as budgeting, planning, and project management aligned with corporate policies and system-wide property management strategies. The work environment requires occasional travel between multiple Catholic Health Physician Enterprise locations and interaction with external parties such as landlords, municipalities, and attorneys. Essential to this role are excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal and contractual matters to all levels of senior management and staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to independently manage assigned tasks contribute to operational success and the overall mission of Catholic Health to provide excellent healthcare services within a well-managed, ethical property framework.
