The Concessions Bartender position at Oak View Group is a seasonal, hourly role paying $9.00 per hour plus tips, available from April 21, 2026, to August 21, 2026. This role is vital during high-profile events such as the Valero Texas Open, where providing fast, friendly, and high-quality beverage service enhances the overall guest experience. Operating in a fast-paced, outdoor event environment, the Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and event standards. This position also requires strict adherence to alcohol service laws to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
The role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage high volumes of guests efficiently. Responsibilities include verifying guest ages, handling cash and credit transactions through POS systems, maintaining clean and organized workstations, and collaborating with concessions and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- previous bartending, concessions, or event experience preferred
- knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and multi-day events
- TABC or alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company and event standards
- verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws
- operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate cash control
- set up, maintain, and break down concession bar areas before, during, and after events
- keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally and safely
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including outdoor/heat safety protocols
- provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- collaborate with concessions, culinary, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
