Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry or push and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- capability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- ability to ascend or descend stairs
- must show up on time to scheduled shifts
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- ability to follow safety procedures
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, closing and in-between
- willingness to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- comply with company policies and uphold company culture
- take initiative
- provide quick and friendly customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well in a team setting
- strong attention to detail and responsibility
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- Lift and carry or push and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- ascend or descend stairs
- reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline
- clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
- take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- provide quick and friendly service to customers
- work together as a team assisting other crewmembers
- work under pressure and at a fast pace
- multitask to complete various tasks
