Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation cooking techniques and food handling safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Experience in inventory control budgeting and food management practices within the food industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train develop and motivate staff effectively
- Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with experience in shift management
- Prior experience in restaurant management or food service management roles preferred assistant manager experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to casual dining or quick service restaurants
Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including food preparation cooking and customer service to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Manage staff scheduling training and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee inventory control ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately perform cash handling duties and reconcile registers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor food production processes to guarantee timely service without compromising quality
