As a premier luxury hotel and resort brand, Four Seasons combines impeccable service, sophisticated amenities, and stunning locations to craft extraordinary experiences that resonate with discerning travelers. Their resorts are known for blending elevated comfort with refined adventure, offering visitors a perfect balance of relaxation and excitement within breathtaking natural surroundings.
The role of Banquet Mixologist at Four Seasons is designed for a dynamic and guest-oriented professional who thrives in lively event atmospheres. This position centers on curating elevated beverage experiences during various private functions, celebrations, and resort events. Whether serving at intimate gatherings or grand-scale galas, the Banquet Mixologist embodies the Four Seasons standard of excellence by delivering seamless, refined bar service. This role requires a deep understanding of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, along with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced settings. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly and attentively, preparing beverages with precision, managing beverage stations efficiently, and collaborating closely with banquet captains and event managers to ensure flawless event operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at addressing guest needs with diplomacy and tact, ensuring that every drink service contributes to an unforgettable event experience.
In addition to technical skills, the Banquet Mixologist must uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service in accordance with Four Seasons policies. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require support across multiple food and beverage outlets, including pool bars, particularly during peak seasons. This role also demands physical stamina, as mixologists are expected to stand for extended periods and handle lifting moderate weights. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and individualized guest attention, the Banquet Mixologist plays a crucial role in supporting Four Seasons’ brand promise of exceptional, thoughtful service delivered with genuine warmth and a smile.
Offering competitive hourly wages that reflect experience, the Banquet Mixologist benefits from gratuities, service charges during banquet events, and expanded overtime possibilities during busy periods. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, discounted housing options, and access to a Staff Travel Program offering reduced rates at Four Seasons locations worldwide. Additional perks such as five weeks of paid time off, resort-wide discounts on retail, spa, and dining, complimentary meals, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted transferable ski passes further enhance the employee experience. Four Seasons is proud to offer an inspiring workplace where talented individuals can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and be recognized for their dedication in a supportive and luxurious environment.
