SRM offers opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly expanding company. Benefits include competitive hourly pay with overtime, eligibility for bonuses and raises, low-cost medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and vacation, a 401k plan with employer match, family days, and other team-focused advantages.
