SRM Concrete is currently hiring Fleet Mechanics to support the maintenance and repair of their diverse fleet of vehicles, including mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, and tankers. As a Fleet Mechanic, your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and rebuilding or replacing major components like engine heads, starters, and transmissions. You will be essential in collaborating with the operations team to schedule maintenance that minimizes downtime, ensuring safety compliance both in the workshop and on job sites, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
