Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Completion of required training and certifications within 60 days of start date
- One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- One year of audiovisual experience or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, grasping
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company appearance guidelines
- Additional DOT requirements if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred
- One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- One year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for team members operating company vehicles
- Completion of required training and certifications within 60 days of start date for external applicants
- Completion of internal training and certification requirements for current employees
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting with guests, maintaining positive client relations, and monitoring events
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company processes and procedures, complete system entries and paperwork accurately
- Collaborate with staff and vendors for equipment management
- Utilize floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue
- Assist clients with finalizing invoices and complete order entries in relevant systems
