The role demands a strong attention to detail, great interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safety and sustainability practices, particularly those outlined in HHM's EarthView program. The bartender is also expected to contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores. The work context involves varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and different shifts, with physical requirements such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
