The role of Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Engineer at ECS is a pivotal position that demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will assume full accountability for project success, including ensuring technical quality, managing client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and guiding team execution. This leadership position involves mentoring junior staff, supporting staffing decisions, and actively contributing to business development and client relationship growth.

Responsibilities include leading and managing construction materials testing projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all project tasks, overseeing report reviews, and resolving technical and administrative issues. The Senior Project Engineer will also manage project budgets, invoicing, and collections, prepare and review proposals and change orders, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Hosting and participating in project meetings to present findings and solve problems, providing technical oversight to ensure quality deliverables, and mentoring junior staff are also integral duties.
