The Clinical Concierge Radiographer role at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care offers a unique and vital opportunity to integrate clinical expertise with patient-centered service in a fast-paced urgent care environment. This full-time position requires working three 12-hour shifts per week, typically scheduled between 7:45 a.m. and 8:15 p.m., and the successful candidate will float across multiple locations including Mckinney, Dallas, Melissa, and Burleson. As a Clinical Concierge Radiographer, you will serve as a pivotal frontline team member responsible for guiding patients and their accompanying guests through the entire care process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from registration through treatment and discharge. Your clinical duties will encompass conducting diagnostic radiological examinations within your licensed scope, assisting providers with clinical procedures, performing venipuncture and lab testing, administering medications where qualified, and maintaining thorough documentation using EPIC electronic health records. Beyond hands-on clinical care, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to create trust and comfort with patients, respond to emergent situations with decisiveness, and communicate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Candidates for this role must hold relevant certifications including Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), along with Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, and Medical Assistant credentials required for administering injections. Prior healthcare clinical experience such as licensed vocational nurse (LVN), medical assistant (MA), or certified nursing assistant (CNA) is preferred.
