Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in payroll or human resources preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in home health care is advantageous
- Bilingual skills are preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
- Experience in payroll and/or human resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Home health experience is a plus
- Proficient in English, bilingual a plus
Job Duties
- Provide top level customer service to internal and external clients as it relates to clinical operational support activities
- Perform general office support duties including scanning, filing, answering incoming calls, managing emails and faxes, distributing mail, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies
- Support compliance coordination tasks such as assisting with recruiting and onboarding, personnel file completion, credentialing, and risk management
- Manage medical records including data entry, organization, and distribution of physician plans of care while upholding office communication standards
- Assist with payroll duties including reviewing weekly timesheets, auditing payroll files, and serving as the primary point of contact for caregiver payroll inquiries
