Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team
- communicates with team members and adapts to the needs of the business
- demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, backroom management, product safety, sanitation, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- prepares meat products including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming according to standards
- leverages digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and customer experience
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area cleanliness and adherence to policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions and ensures products are properly packaged and stored
- complies with company policies, ethics, and standards
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress effectively
- acts as a talent ambassador by upholding high-quality service and product standards
