Job Requirements

- Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations
- Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours, maneuver around tight spaces and stairs, bend, reach, lift trays up to 25 lbs and bulk items up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year line cooking experience (for Line Cook)
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills (for Line Cook)
- Willingness to learn and be trained (for Prep Cook and Dishwasher positions)
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience (for Sous Chef)
- Culinary certification or degree a plus (for Sous Chef)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (for Sous Chef)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
- Support the front-of-house team in guest service as needed
- Oversee kitchen staff scheduling and training (for Sous Chef role)
- Manage inventory, food and labor costs (for Sous Chef role)
- Develop and plan menu items and events (for Sous Chef role)
